Future commitments

Our commitment to the future is expressed in a trajectory with clear, measurable impact, which comprises these actions.

Environment

Long-term climate goals: Set greenhouse gas reduction targets in line with the Paris Agreement (limit of +1.5 °C), with intermediate targets for 2030.
Energy and emissions (short-term targets): Update Scope 3 emissions with more complete data for year 2025. Increase renewable energy production with new photovoltaic systems, with gradual targets.
Water management: Introduce a structured system for monitoring water use at the group level, plan targeted actions and issue a specific policy. Provide annual training for the company’s entire population.
Circular economy: Reduce waste generation at source by optimising processes and reducing unnecessary packaging. Continue to invest in circular economy projects. Prevent food waste by promoting the adoption of digital tools.

Social

Employee well-being and development: Use the findings of the 2024 climate survey to decide corrective and preventive actions from 2026. Consider expanding the performance management system. Maintain ISO 45001 certification and introduce awareness-raising campaigns.
Gender equality and inclusion: Put the social objectives included in the 2025-2029 Strategic Sustainability Plan into practice, especially those relating to DE&I and gender equality issues.

Governance

Security of data and systems: Obtain ISO/IEC 27001 certification. Continue the training and awareness-raising campaign on phishing.
Value chain management: Implement the Synesgy platform to enable vendors to self-assess their ESG performance.
Reporting and controls: Extend the sustainability information collection tool to the administrative function to allow production of an integrated Sustainability Report before this becomes compulsory by law.
