Impact on customers and consumers
Nutritional inclusion and special diets
We place consumers’ health and safety at the centre of our offering. We are committed to guaranteeing an affordable, safe, fair food offering that meets not only the nutritional needs but also the cultural, ethical and health requirements of a diversified clientele including schools, companies and hospitals. To achieve this, a team of more than 100 dieticians and nutritionists designs balanced menus and approves specific nutritional plans for health, ethical-religious and cultural dietary needs. There are a wide range of dietary inclusion awareness-raising programmes addressed to families, schools, health care personnel and users.
All personnel involved in meal preparation receive specific training on allergy management and health and hygiene regulations. In the production centres, a specific labelling system accompanies every meal through to delivery, to prevent mistakes and contamination. Any nonconformities are recorded and analysed by the Quality Assurance team to draw up corrective and preventive actions. To ensure an open dialogue, consumers are able to report poor service or suggest improvements through channels such as email and the corporate website.
