Internal governance
Organisation chart and representative data
Our governance body directly reflects our status as a Benefit Cooperative Corporation. It is the outcome of a system based on participation and inclusion, which builds bridges and redistributes value, in which members are at the centre of the decision-making process.
Members
Our model is based on the common ownership principle, in which the business operates to the benefit of its members. Employees on open-ended contracts are entitled to become worker members of the cooperative.
General assembly
Both worker and equity members attend the general assembly. This assembly holds fundamental powers, including approving financial statements and electing the Board of Directors.
Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the executive body elected by the cooperative’s members. The current Board, appointed on 27 June 2025, consists of 18 directors (50% men and 50% women). It is representative of the organisation in terms of both business areas and geographical zones and has a dual mandate, balancing the members’ interests and the cooperative’s common ownership mission with the pursuance of the common good in its administration of the business.
Sustainability integrated in Governance
The commitment to sustainability governance is firmly rooted in the highest decision-making level. The Board of Directors has entrusted management of the sustainability strategy to a Sustainability Officer, who is also a member of the Board itself.
