We believe people’s well-being relies on a process of listening and continual improvement. It is by caring for and empowering our employees and the communities in which we operate that corporate sustainability becomes truly tangible.

  • Number of employees: the group has 10,744 employees, of whom 8,997 are women and 1,747 men.
  • Type of contract: 9,805 employees have open-ended and 911 fixed-term contracts.
  • Breakdown by age-band: 496 up to 29 years of age, 4,501 from 30 to 50 years of age, 5,747 over 50 years of age (53.5% of the total).
  • Breakdown by job category: 89.4% workers (9,602), 941 office employees, 181 executives and 20 senior management.
  • People with disabilities: the group has 143 employees with disabilities.
  • Representation on Governance bodies: the Board of Directors consists of 9 women and 9 men. In 2024 the General Assembly consisted of 7,587 women and 2,474 men, making a total of 10,061 members.
  • Members:there are 9,805 permanent employee members (66%) and 3,901 equity members
