Snacks at the match with the Io Sto Con Onlus charity

An inclusion project that combines sport and giving: during Bologna FC 1909 home games we offer a free snack to Io Sto Con Onlus charity members and their volunteers.

During Bologna FC home games, we have a long-standing partnership with the Io Sto Con Onlus Association within its Bologna for community project, offering a free snack to the people with disabilities and volunteers attending home matches of Bologna FC at the Renato Dall’Ara ground. A gesture intended to provide a more welcoming, sharing experience at the game, enabling socialisation and inclusion through the offer of food and drink.Founded in Bologna, the   Io Sto Con Onlus charity supports vulnerable people and their families, helping them to participate in society and gain more independence. The Bologna for community project was created by PMG Italia and Bologna Football Club 1909, which cooperate with the Association to accompany people with disabilities to the ground, giving them the opportunity to enjoy their love of football in a safe, accessible context.  By providing snacks to the Association we renew our commitment to the community, with daily support for those who work to construct inclusion and social well-being. The project also includes the “Volontari per un giorno” [“A Day as a Volunteer”] programme, in which our employees worked alongside the Io Sto Con volunteers at some Bologna games.  A small action but one that expresses an important value: that of feeling part of the same team, on and off the pitch.
