Our principles are set out in our code of ethics, which requires partners to respect human rights, in accordance with the ILO Conventions and the SA8000 standard.

We have adopted a Model of Governance in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001. The aim is to prevent managers or employees from committing crimes in the interest or to the benefit of the organisation, thus reducing the risk of liability under administrative law for the company itself. The model also aims to promote a culture of legality, ethics and transparency.

We are convinced that sustainability is also based on transparent, reliable data. To structure a process for the collection of environmental, social and governance data and validate a reporting procedure, in 2024 we used software for the quantitative and qualitative collection of the information included in the Sustainability Report.
