The strategic plan
The route to the future
We are an organisation that lives the present to the full while planning and constructing opportunities for the future. It is on this basis that we have drawn up our 2025-2029 Sustainability Plan: a commitment to a tomorrow we envisage as real, shared and on a human scale, built together with those who choose to work with us and accompany us on our journey with genuine, reciprocal actions. A commitment to create contexts in which our people can grow, ideas can flourish and our impact can have a positive, lasting legacy, also founded on the undertakings required by our B Corp status.
2025-2029 Sustainability Plan
The Strategic Sustainability Plan forms part of a broader, more deeply rooted vision of accountable growth. We believe that growing means not just developing the business but also evolving in harmony with the ecosystem, generating widespread well-being. The starting point for the writing of the plan was the materiality analysis. This process enabled us to identify relevant topics, goals and specific actions in four main areas.
Environment
We aim to reduce our carbon footprint through energy efficiency and the transition to renewable power sources. We want to promote the responsible management of natural resources, focusing on monitoring water use and circular economy practices.
Social
We are committed to supporting employees’ professional growth and well-being by creating personalised training activities and safeguarding health and safety. We work to protect human rights and equal opportunities, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
Value chain
We are working to reinforce ESG criteria within vendor selection and assessment. We also wish to promote excellence by maintaining the highest quality and safety standards in the management of services, and to develop centralised management of nutritional choices.
Governance
We intend to strengthen our Governance structure in accordance with the group’s values. We will continue to work to promote an ethical, transparent corporate culture, consolidate ESG criteria in corporate choices, and invest in the creation of solid IT security infrastructures.
