Empowering people

Employees’ professional growth and the creation of a safe working environment are fundamental pillars of our human resources management. We have established a number of training projects to support the growth of all members of our organisation.

Training data

In 2024, we provided 102,903 hours of training, an average of 9.6 hours per employee. 79,851 hours were on safety. 12,006 hours on hard & soft skills. 1,683 hours on language learning. 521 hours on diversity and inclusion topics.

Educational placements

In 2024 we started 41 educational placements to help young people to enter the workforce and 65 to support people with vulnerabilities.

Personal & Team Development Project

We have created a project intended to improve interpersonal and management skills and skills in the management of oneself and others.

Camst group AI Community

We have created a collaborative learning environment in which participants can share ideas and best practices with the support of artificial intelligence.

On-the-Job Cooks Team in Vision

We have organised an “in the field” training programme that enables our cooks to improve their practical skills and learn new culinary techniques under the guidance of expert chefs.

DE&I

A multiannual training programme on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion topics has been launched, with seminars addressed to the Senior Management and Board of Directors to reinforce inclusive leadership.
