The common good has been part of our articles of association since 2023. 

We are now a Benefit Cooperative Corporation, a status that reflects our commitment not only to economic value and job creation but also to social and environmental well-being. When we decided to set out in business, we did so with passion and dedication. We have been in catering for 80 years, offering high-quality, customised services and focusing on food safety and care for people, also through attention to the environments and spaces around them, and we have thus extended our offering to the facility world. To confirm our determination to pursue tangible objectives to make a positive contribution to a fair, sustainable future, we have added three common good aims to our Articles of Association:
