Sustainability
Sustainability as relationships
For us, sustainability means building solid relationships, giving back value, and being present with authenticity and responsibility.
Engaging in dialogue with our stakeholders is an essential condition for being a responsible company and represents a strategic lever for defining effective business objectives.

Help us build the future
We are a B Corp
B Corp certification is not an achievement, but a starting point. It’s a choice giving us entry to a network that makes collaboration and the sharing of innovative practices a source of energy that can help to create a fairer, more sustainable future.
Our 2025-2029 Sustainability Plan is a commitment to a tomorrow we envisage as real, shared and on a human scale, built together with those who choose to work with us and accompany us on our journey with genuine, reciprocal actions. A plan where we imagine growing together with territories, communities, guided by the people, values and roots that make us who we are.
The new Sustainability Report
The Report has been prepared in accordance with the new ESRS standards, which constitute the European reference framework. At the heart of the methodology lies the double materiality assessment, a process that enables us to identify the most significant impacts, risks and opportunities from a dual perspective:
Assesses the impacts that our activities generate on the environment and on people.
Assesses the risks and opportunities linked to ESG factors that may affect our economic and financial performance.
