We listen to every voice
For us, human resources have always been for all intents and purposes, which is why becoming a Benefit Cooperative Society has further motivated us to value them. To do this, we started from the simplest and most direct way: listening, an indispensable moment in order to better focus on the well-being of our people.
Camst people are an essential resource for growth and innovation within the group, and it is thanks to the contribution of each one that we are able to offer quality services every day. The management of our human resources is based on the regulations in force in the countries where Camst group operates, on national contracts that cover 100% of workers both in Italy and abroad, and on collective agreements. Our commitment, however, goes beyond mere regulatory compliance.
Since 2007, we have been an SA8000-certified company, an internationally recognized standard that attests to respect for human and labor rights. Having the requirements of this standard as a point of reference means that Camst not only complies with local laws, but is actively committed to promoting an ethical and sustainable work environment. A commitment that translates into business practices that improve employee well-being, enhance trust and transparency, and contribute to a positive business climate.
Improving organizational well-being
Among many, we conducted a survey on organizational well-being, focusing not only on the analysis of work-related stress, but also on workers' perceptions of their corporate life, especially after the pandemic. This tool proved to be crucial in managing change and promoting a healthier and more satisfying work environment, thanks in part to the active involvement of people who contributed in identifying possible solutions to the critical issues that emerged.
APP People
Internal communication has also been increasingly strengthened thanks to the support of the new People App, which makes it possible to receive and send communications to different areas of the company, consult news, and access columns dedicated to specific subject areas.
The People App is very useful for launching internal campaigns such as the one that released the new Code of Ethics, which reiterated the company's commitment to an ethical and responsible work environment.
The welfare plan
Our people can access the Accanto a Te (Next to You) corporate welfare plan at any time, which is available on a platform and increasingly popular thanks to interaction with the People App. The plan offers opportunities for contributions and services that are permanently active, such as the provision of welfare credit for the support of university studies of both employees' children and workers-students: in 2023, reimbursements or awards amounting to €60,762 were provided.
