We have researched and developed solutions that facilitate involvement, even of the most distant people, precisely to enable everyone to be a protagonist not only in the economic-social sphere, but in all areas in which Camst ranges.

Ambassadors of sociality

From value to value, 2023 was full of cultural recreational and sports activities, social gatherings and initiatives, such as those in support of our colleagues who suffered damage from the floods that hit central and northern Italy. The "Ambassador Project" was developed, which promotes and disseminates social initiatives and welfare actions, for the purpose of further increasing their number and activating the projects they propose, so as to improve the climate within work groups and employee involvement.

Net worth

As of December 31, 2023, the Group's consolidated shareholders' equity amounted to 100,229,062 euros and that of the parent company Camst alone to 168,358,596 euros and is intended to support the development of the cooperative. A foundational aspect, the latter, related to the cooperative nature of Camst, which requires that the assets be assigned a higher function: that of ensuring and accompanying the generational transition.
