The figure of our sustainability

For the definition of a future strategy that increasingly integrates sustainability into our business, indications of the most relevant ESG issues in terms of impacts generated and risks to our organization are indispensable. They are a "compass" that guides investments in the direction of lower environmental impact, greater respect for worker welfare, D&I, gender equality, ethical and transparent corporate policies. All of this is balanced with the guarantee of cyber security and privacy that we must offer. The intersection of cyber security and ESG factors is crucial for the future of corporate social responsibility as the relationship between digital innovation, security, and sustainability is increasingly close.

Together with Finrest, a company that manages financial commitments, an assessment of the degree of sustainability impact of the investment portfolio was initiated starting in 2020, based on ESG ratings assigned by some of the leading institutions in the market. The following year, the Company incorporated sustainable investment goals into the regulations governing financial activity so that by December 2023, it was possible to calculate a sustainability impact score on 97.1 percent of the Company's total investments, compared to 75.56 percent as of December 31, 2022.
