Goals

The future we choose

In the strategic plan, which is currently under review, we have chosen to focus our energies on three crucial areas: health, safety and welfare; communities; and sustainability.

With the goal of generating shared value for all stakeholders-individuals, community, territory and environment-the strategic plan defined in harmony with the Agenda 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)-imposes concrete commitments in the field of environmental and social sustainability in order to address a constantly changing context.

PEOPLE'S WELL-BEING

To promote people's well-being through sustainability governance, we have implemented several initiatives aimed primarily at promoting diversity in the workplace and enhancing gender equality.

- Establishment of gender equality policy that was preliminary to obtaining Gender Equality Certification (2024).

- Involvement of employees to foster cultural change, people's participation and listening.

- Training and development through actions such as the "Innovation Facilitators" track and new training on diversity, equity and inclusion.

- Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of employee welfare policies and initiatives to ensure their effectiveness.

PARTNERSHIP AND INTERDEPENDENCE

Partnership development optimizes the use of available resources, reduces risk, stimulates innovation, and promotes sustainable growth and development.

- Defining policies such as actualizing the 231 Organization, Management and Control Model (OMC) and integrating a new Antitrust compliance program.

- Developing partnerships through collaborative agreements signed with startups, universities, suppliers, customers, and other businesses to find articulated solutions to new needs.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION

We have initiated a process of assessing environmental impacts along the entire value chain, with the goal of establishing a multi-year plan for decarbonization.

- Monitoring and evaluation through an LCA analysis of organization, in view of the new CSRD directive.

- Governance, training, and development to define the governance model and build expertise for internal monitoring of the decarbonization targets and plan.
