Growth and personal development opportunities
Training professionalism, valuing people
We are colleagues and collaborators, but even before that we are people who express ourselves at all times. Even and especially at work, an area in which we build relationships, improve ourselves and the environment in which we operate, each through specific skills and roles. Supporting one another through an idea of cooperation that elevates each of us.
We are confident that training and continuous learning are the indispensable tools to foster the growth of our people, both in the personal and professional spheres.
At school for crafts
This awareness has given rise to training paths such as the School of Trades, the strategic internal training path that aims to qualify and enhance the value of catering operations staff, accompanying them throughout their careers. The program is open to all employees in the sector and aims both to consolidate the skills of those already working in Camst and to train new entrants, in order to adequately respond to the criticality in finding adequately trained figures in the catering market. Since its launch in 2021, more than 600 colleagues have signed up to consolidate and certify their skills based on an objective and transparent system.
Welcome, Gender Equality Training
In 2023, Camst gave eight resources the opportunity to participate in "Gender Equality Training," organized by BOOM, CRIF's new Knowledge and Innovation Hub dedicated to Education, Training, and Innovation on technology, business and frontier development topics.
Upgrade in Camst Academy
Alongside a wide-ranging and increasingly high-performing training offering, we have created Camst Academy, the online platform where know-how and corporate identity are shared and the ways in which training is done are renewed. A physical and virtual place designed for the continuous construction and sharing of knowledge (knowing how to be) and expertise (knowing how to do). Thus promoting the exchange of information between people and a knowledgeable workforce.
Space for training internships
Thanks to its network of contacts with universities and research centers, Camst group offers curricular internships intended for those following an educational path that includes a period of active learning in a work environment. They can be promoted by vocational training institutions for regional qualifications, high schools through school-to-work alternation, universities with internships in the curriculum, and ITS pathways that combine classroom lessons with practical experience to meet the needs of companies for advanced skills.
All training plans developed in the company are determined by the requirements of current regulations and specific company needs.
